We're building a 100-hectare private community in rural Japan and offering parcels to expats in Japan who want to build off-grid family compounds and grow food for their families â without becoming farmers.

You could own a parcel in our first family compound development project
I'm building this for my childrenâand yours!
You are a high-earning expat business owner, executive, or rock-star consultant who chose Japan for its stability, but you are watching the country you once loved fall apart in real-time.
You are a conservative parent who refuses to allow society to turn your kids into dependent, liberal wage-slaves. You demand a robust educational environment that reflects your values and prepares your kids for a rapidly changing future.
You arenât racist, but you aren't blind either. You see that not all cultures are compatible, and believe that ethnicity is identity. Youâve watched the West sell out for a multiculturalist pipe-dream, and it seems clear that Japan is next.
You are a strategist. You see Japan's "just-in-time" food supply chain as fragile and don't want to be caught empty-handed when the food ships stop coming.
You are in your prime earning years. Your business or career is thriving and you aren't ready to drop everything and become a farmer just yet...
You came to Japan to escape the decline of the West, but the "safety" you found here is being eroded by the same global forces you tried to leave behind.
1. The Erosion of Social Cohesion
The Japan you used to love is changing. Crime is rising, Western "progressive" ideologies are infiltrating the legal system, and the government is increasingly open to the mass influx of incompatible cultures. The social cohesion and safety that made Japan a sanctuary are being diluted, leaving you with a choice: Wait for the system to fail, or build your own.
2. The Existential Threat of AI and Robotics
The "earning window" for human-driven business is shrinking. Experts agree that we are in the final few years of a high-income era before AI and automation fundamentally restructure the economy. If your wealth is purely digital, and you own no productive land, you are at the mercy of a system that may soon have no use for your labor.
3. Regional Tensions and Supply Chain Fragility
Japan sits at the center of a geopolitical tinderbox. With regional neighbors posing an existential threat and global supply chains hanging by a thread, the "just-in-time" delivery of food and energy is a luxury that could vanish overnight.
4. The "Sovereignty" Paradox
You know you need to start producing. You know you need land, water, and food security. But realistically, you cannot quit your career today to become a full-time farmerânot when you only have a few prime earning years left to fund your family's future.
This leaves you in a dangerous middle ground: plenty of capital, but no physical infrastructure to protect it.

Kuri Family Compounds allows you to secure your familyâs future without abandoning your present mission. We provide the physical infrastructure and the operational labor, allowing you to build a self-sufficient legacy while you continue to scale your business.

1. Strategic Land Selection
We identify and secure high-value, defensible tracts of land in Hokkaido. You simply choose your parcel, and we handle the complex Japanese bureaucracy of land acquisition, title transfers, and zoning.
2. High-Spec Off-Grid Infrastructure
We design and build your primary residence and guest quarters, engineered for the Hokkaido climate. Every compound is equipped with redundant life-support systems: solar power, water catchment, and an industrial-grade Atlas Survival Shelter installed deep underground.
3. Managed Food Production
We don't just build you a farm; we run it for you. Our farm management team establishes and maintains your livestock and greenhouses. While you handle your business in the city, we manage the soil. You receive a seasonal delivery of the choicest meat and produce from your own land, plus a share of the income from market sales.
6. The TreeSchool Community
Your legacy is secure. Once on-site, your children can participate in TreeSchoolâour private, community-led homeschool program focused on classical education, traditional values, and the skills required for a sovereign future.
4. The Covenant
Security is more than just thick walls; it is the quality of your neighbors. Every Kuri community is protected by a binding legal covenant. This charter ensures that the community culture remains stable, conservative, and insulated from the ideological and demographic infiltration that is compromising the West. You aren't just buying land; you are joining a vetted group of families committed to the same standards of social cohesion and traditional values.
5. Total Readiness
Should the "Just-In-Time" system fail, you don't need to scramble. Your 100% self-sufficient compound is already operational, stocked, and staffed. You simply move in.
A Sustainable Way Of Life
Land

Securing large, contiguous tracts of productive land in Japan is a complex bureaucratic maze. We handle the heavy lifting: identifying defensible geography, navigating agricultural zoning laws, and securing the title. Your only job is to select your ideal 2-hectare parcel from our vetted master plan and start building your legacy.
Buildings

We partner with you to design and construct a fully integrated family estate. From the primary residence and guest quarters to climate-controlled garages, livestock facilities, and secure storage, every structure is engineered for the Hokkaido environment. We don't just build homes; we build the physical infrastructure for a self-contained, multi-generational stronghold.
Off-Grid Infrastructure

Your estate is engineered for total autonomy. We install industrial-grade solar arrays, advanced rainwater harvesting and filtration, and high-efficiency waste-to-energy systems. We don't just provide "utilities"âwe provide a redundant, closed-loop infrastructure that functions indefinitely without the city grid.
Strategic Underground Infrastructure

A compound is only as secure as its deepest layer. We integrate industrial-grade Atlas Survival Shelters as the foundational core of your estate. This is not an "add-on"âit is your ultimate redundancy for life support, climate control, and physical security when the surface becomes untenable.
Food Production

Your compound is optimized for food production: organic vegetable greenhouses, high-spec livestock housing, and automated feed storage systems. You own the infrastructure; we manage the biology. Whether you are on-site or abroad, your land remains a functioning engine of food security.
FarmShare

Your land works for you. Every harvest, you receive a curated delivery of the finest meat and organic produce from your own soil. Because your property is part of a managed community, you also receive your share of the cash proceeds from surplus farm sales. Your compound provides physical security and a tangible, edible return on your investment.
'Tree' Community

Your estate is backed by the Tree Communityâan intentional group of vetted, like-minded residents living within walking distance from your compound. They serve as your on-site land stewards, managing your livestock, maintaining your greenhouses, and securing your property while you are away. This ensures your land remains productive and protected, providing you with total peace of mind and a "turn-key" sovereign lifestyle.
TreeSchool

Your children's future shouldn't be left to chance. As an owner, your family gains access to TreeSchoolâour private, community-led homeschool program. We focus on classical education, traditional values, and practical sovereignty, ensuring your children are raised in an environment that reflects your principles, not the system's.
